Spirit Award in Seattle
“Opening Day” sponsored by the Seattle Yacht Club was a Glorious Day! The Pacific Northwest Chapter of ACBS had 24 boats in the festivities with 60 passengers costumed as “Escaped” prisoners to win 1st place in the “Spirit Class”.
