Lugger, trawler, cruiser, runabout, skiff, museum built, bateau, pirogue or no boat at all … whatever your preference, the Bayou Chapter was created to enhance the preservation, restoration, and enjoyment of all boats in the Gulf area.

Formed in January of 2007, the Bayou Chapter is a chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society (ACBS) and boasts close to 60 members in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

We are very active in the Madisonville Wooden Boat Festival and have quarterly functions for our members at a variety of destinations in the area.

Madisonville 2017 Wooden Boat Festival
