More InformationWEST constructed monocoque structure. Splashed in 2007, it took me three years to build. Has been continuously insured for $65,000 since that time. As far as I know, this is the prototype of this Chesapeake Marine Design. Westerbeke 12CTWO fwc engine with under 1600 hours. Holds 30 gallons of diesel fuel and 55 gallons of fresh water! Cruises @ 6 knots without water, 5.5 with full water....and it will do that in 3 foot seas. Burns .5 gal/hour @ cruise, giving it a good 300 NM range. Sleeps 2 adults comfortably in 6 foot v-berths. Sitting headroom in cabin. Needs some repairs and paint, so if you are familiar with wood/epoxy construction, this might be the boat for you. Definitely the most fun boat I've ever owned! Trailer included.
