2018 Gulfport Grand Prix New and Classic Boat Show
The 2017 Inaugural Event was a great success with the boat show including several new manufactures of all shapes and sizes along with some really great antique and classic race and pleasure boats lining the street.
This year we would like to specially invite owners and manufacturers to again participate in displaying your New and Classic Boats for this year’s show at the 2nd Annual 2018 Gulfport Grand Prix featuring. The Downtown Area and Gulfport Recreation Center will be transformed into a mecca of activity along Shore Boulevard including World Class Racing, Classic/Antique Boat Show and Pleasure Boat Display, along with Vendor, Food and Beverage Booths.

Every two years, Bordeaux celebrates a great event “Bordeaux Fête le vin (Bordeaux’s Wine Festival)”. In 2018 Bordeaux will be celebrating from 14 to 17 June, the 20th anniversary of Bordeaux’s Wine Festival.
On this occasion the Tall Ships Regatta will depart from Liverpool and after a stopover in Dublin will sail to Bordeaux for a triumphant arrival, which will coincide with Vinexpo. Vinexpo is an international exhibition that is specialized in the wine and spirits sector.
This event is held at the fabulous Moonlight Bay Family Restaurant in Cross Lake on the Whitefish Chain in Northern Minnesota. The Captain’s dinner is at 6:00 pm on Friday, June 15, 2018. The boat show is from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 16, 2018. More than 50 vintage boats will fill the docks and the parking lot will feature more boats on trailers.

The longest running antique boat show in North America returns in 2018 on the weekend of August 3-5. The Antique Boat Museum in Clayton, NY is proud to host the 54th Annual Antique Boat Show & Auction, featuring boats of the 1940’s! Registration will open in February of 2018.
Thursday, August 2: Exhibitors launch, afternoon River cruise, welcome reception in the evening (no tickets needed).
Friday, August 3: Show open to public 9-5, shop the Marketplace vendors, enjoy forums and demonstrations, preview the auction boats.
Saturday, August 4: Show open to public 9-5, shop the Marketplace vendors, popular antique boat auction at 1 PM, cocktail hour and appetizers to end the day (tickets required).
Sunday, August 5: Museum open to public 9-5, shop the Marketplace vendors, brunch at 10 AM (tickets required), awards ceremony at 10:30 AM, waterfront parade at 12 PM marking the conclusion of the show.

Reedville Antique & Traditional Small Boat Show
The Reedville Fishermen’s Museum & The Tidewater Chapter of the Antique & Classic Boat Society will co-host the 2018 Antique & Traditional Small Boat Show on September 8th from 10am to 4pm, in Reedville, Virginia. This annual boat show will feature more than 40+ spectacular small boats representing every style such as antique runabouts, classic Chesapeake Bay skiffs, workboats as well as handmade kayaks and canoes. Boats will be presented on land at the museum campus as well as in the water dockside. Owners will bring their pride and joy from far and wide and be available to explain their craft, discuss restoration techniques and boat histories. In addition, the Reedville Fishermen’s Museum will hold a nautical flea market that has become an important stop off for those seeking a good deal on boat parts and other nautical accessories. There will be boats for sale, a vendor market to shop at, music to hear, food to eat and a beer garden for the adults. Best of all, there are free rides on the Museum’s buy boat, the Elva C, which will make trips every hour starting at 10:30am. The Museum’s skipjack, the Claud W. Somers, will also be available for an afternoon ride at a nominal fee. Both boats are listed on the National Historic Register. Rides are limited to 15 people so make sure to sign up when you arrive.

Wooden Boat Festival
The Wooden Boat Festival will celebrate 29 years on the banks of the beautiful Tchefuncte River. Presented by the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Maritime Museum, this premier family event attracts over one hundred classic boats, hundreds of spectator boats, and wooden boat and music enthusiasts for this two-day celebration. Come enjoy the great food, live music, Children’s activities, Arts and Crafts, Classic Car Cruise-In, and don’t miss the Quick’n Dirty Boat Building Contest on Sunday! Price of festival admission also gives you free admission to the museum.
