33rd Annual Antique & Classic Boat Festival and the Arts at Navy Point will be held June 19-21, 2020 at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum featuring BOAT RIDES, vendors, food and a variety of classic boats from cruisers to runabouts. Wye River cruise and a variety of social events will compliment the weekend activities.
On the first weekend of August the Big Sky Chapter will hold their 14th Annual Big Sky Antique and Classic Boat Show at The Marina Cay Resort in beautiful Bigfork Montana on Flathead Lake. Located just 40 miles from Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake is the largest natural fresh water lake west of the Mississippi.
The event starts off July 31 with the Friday night Social hosted by the The Classic Company Boatworks in Somers. Saturday morning August 1, the show opens to the public at The Marina Cay Resort Docks. Saturday evening festivities include a cocktail party followed by the show awards banquet for participants and guests. The show continues Sunday morning until 1 p.m. when the boats will fire up their engines for a parade around Bigfork Bay before across the lake to the Harbor Grille in Lakeside for lunch on the lake.

It takes place on September 11th and 12th at Minnetonka’s perfect venue: Lord Fletcher’s Old Lake Lodge on Lake Minnetonka, with ample slips, great food and drink and plenty of room for land displays. Lord Fletcher’s Old Lake Lodge is located at 3746 Sunset Dr, in Spring Park, MN FRIDAY ACTIVITIES The Friday cruise and lunch is always a highlight of the weekend and not to be missed. The day will begin at the docks at Lord Fletcher’s at 9:30 am for a captain’s meeting. After a morning of cruising we’ll meet for a picnic lunch at the Minnetonka Power Squadron’s Streeter Cove facility on Big Island. The cruise will also be free, with a charge of $15 per person for lunch. After lunch, we’ll continue cruising Lake Minnetonka before ending up back at Lord Fletcher’s for our Rendezvous Dinner.
The club has made arrangements with Lord Fletcher’s to leave our boats overnight on Friday. NO TRAILER PARKING THIS YEAR.
On Saturday please launch your boat and arrive at Fletcher’s docks by 8:00 AM. The boat show opens at 9:00 AM and runs until 3:00 PM, with awards at 2:30 PM. Please keep your boat at the dock until the end of the show, so that there’s plenty to see for late-arriving spectators. Besides the boat show, there will be water and land displays, a swap meet with nautical vendors, and kid’s events including boat painting, kids judging and awards
The number of boats will be limited due to pier space on the river. If you are interested, make contact as soon as possible. 20,000 people were in attendance during the 2019 festival.
