Maybe Not II is a restored 1929 22′ Nunes Brothers Gentleman’s Racer.
Maybe Not II must be one of the very first race boats built by the Nunes Brothers, Manuel and Antonia and a son Ernie. The Nunes immigrated from the Azores to California and settled their boat building business in Sausalito.
Now, this boat is owned by Dan and Barbara Foster who are members of the Northern California / Lake Tahoe Chapter of ACBS. The boat is pictured at the 2016 ACBS International Boat Show at Lake Tahoe where is received a Silver Award.
