From 11-15 September 2019, the Yacht Club de Monaco organized the 14th Monaco Classic Week – La Belle Classe.
This biennial event is the first in the world to present sailing and motor boats moored in the marina of the Yacht Club Monaco and sailing together on the Mediterranean sea. This year, Monaco Classic Week had chosen an American theme to pay tribute and showcase American-built yachts and their designers. The Société Nautique de Bordeaux and the France Chapter member’s were there with their boats and mainly Miss Nancy a 30 ft Hacker-Craft triple cockpit owned by the members. Sunday, for the last day of the boat show it was the prize-giving and Miss Nancy won wooden motor boats elegance contest of the Monaco Classic Week
Myself, president of the Société Nautique de Bordeaux and the A.C.B.S. France Chapter with Mouss member and restoration manager received this prize from SAS Prince Albert of Monaco.
With all the members we’re so proud to share this prize with you and all the ACBS members.
Attached are a few pictures from the event:

How great is that! The 1921 SS Delphine pictured, is that the one that was formerly moored on Lake St Clair in the early post-war years?
Great photo of two boats from Lake St Clair in Michigan
