Vintage boats are traveling toward Lake Tahoe for the ACBS International Boat Show. “Rhubarb” is coming from the Pacific Northwest to be at Carnelian Bay for the Show on September 23 and 24. She is a 1961 22′ Shepherd Model 110 owned by Scott Mason.
