Nominal 28' Fay & Bowen converted steam launch. Carefully restored using Gougeon Brothers system epoxy. Semple 10 HP compound engine and boiler. Wood fired. Always had boiler insurance coverage, last certificate still in boat. Hull perfectly sound. Finish is in very good condition. Leather upholstery in perfect condition. Correct propeller / rudder relationship, correct pitch. Copper canopy. Last operated about 25 years ago, but has always been in good dry storage and is clean. Proper brass fittings including a spotlight. Good commercial trailer that fits the boat and has stout hand winch. Trailer tires are shot, aged out.
