The ACBS Membership Committee is hosting a workshop called Increasing the Value of your Memberships, Strategies to improve your chapter’s member retention rate

Save the date: Thursday, April 16, 2026 @ 7:00 p.m. ET

Whether your chapter is large, small, or somewhere in between, membership retention is one of your most important concerns. Responsibility for membership retention rests with all chapter leaders, not just the membership director.

This Chapter Roundtable will explore why retention is so important, ways to measure retention, and proven strategies for retaining members from the day they join your chapter.

While there is no “one size fits all” approach, information presented can be tailored to your chapter.

Following the presentation, participants will be invited to share their membership retention success stories.

Don’t miss out on Member Retention Boot Camp!

Presented by the Membership Committee, developed and presented by Judy Hills (North Carolina Coastal & Piedmont Chapter), Kathy Parker (Heartland Classics Chapter), and Austin Berndlmaier (Mid-Atlantic Chapter).
