The Water Wonderland Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society draws its memberships mainly from western and northern Michigan.

Clicking on Water Wonderland Chapter will lead you to much more information about this chapter and links to their website and Facebook page.  This chapter includes approximately 300 active members who have registered nearly 800 boats in the ACBS membership files.  The chapter has a full calendar of events in various locations throughout the state and throughout the year.  Members have a variety of ways to enjoy their boats and the public also turns out to enjoy the displays of vintage boats.

The Water Wonderland Chapter has hosted the 2000 and 2010 Annual ACBS International Meetings.  So following that tradition, they will again host the 2020 International Boat Show and Antique and Classic Boat Society’s Annual Meeting.
Water Wonderland Chapter has also contributed to the Antique and Classic Boat Society by way of leadership.  Three of the past ACBS presidents have come from the Water Wonderland Chapter in addition to several International Directors.

54 International Chapters of ACBS

The Antique and Classic Boat Society has 54 Chapters throughout the United States, Canada, and France. ACBS members who affiliate with a home chapter find a group of friends with whom to share boating experiences, boat stories, and the skills needed to maintain and/or preserve and restore their vintage boats.  Inevitably, the genuine relationships formed at the chapter level are always mentioned when an ACBS member is asked why they value their ACBS membership.

ACBS members are welcome at all chapter events.  There is a chapter near you – or maybe you’ll find a chapter event near your vacation route this year.  Click on the “Chapters” tab in the top menu bar to see where chapters are located.

Please share information about your chapter events to be posted on this website.  Anyone can do that.  You may email up to six pictures and text to
