On December 4th, Wine Country Classic Boats, Inc. on Keuka Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region of New York State held their Annual Meeting and Christmas Party. A highlight of the event is the awarding on the Annual John Ford Spirit of Boating Award that was presented by Bill Olmsted, Commodore of the Wine Country Chapter. This year’s award went to Mike and Bonnie Yonker of Fairport, New York. The Yonkers are the proud owners of a beautiful Lyman and also longtime members of Wine Country Classic Boats and the Board of Directors. The John Ford Spirit of Boating Award is presented each year to a member that provides endless hours of rides and sharing of their boat. The second photo is of Whistler and was one of the featured boats for the Wine Country poster several years ago and the 3rd photo (above) is of Whistler as well.
